1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the mr1 platform via the website mr1.wine or the associated mobile application, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mr1 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated version.
The mr1 platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone who has not reached this age is not permitted to register or use any services on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age criteria.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on the mr1 platform, you are required to register a personal account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
- Notifying mr1 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Ensuring that all personal information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
- Completing the required account verification process before withdrawing winnings.
Mr1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in restricted account access until the verification process is complete.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As a user of the mr1 platform, you agree to use the services solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or any artificial means to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the system or other users.
- Using another person's account or granting third-party access to your own account.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, or harmful.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or disrupt the security of the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and mr1 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the mr1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Deposits: Funds deposited into a mr1 account are solely for use on the platform. Deposit processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and are typically completed within seconds for methods such as FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Withdrawals: Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the user's name. Users who have not completed account verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
Unauthorised Transactions: Any deposit made through an unauthorised method or found to be linked to fraudulent activity will be voided. mr1 reserves the right to place a hold on account balances while an investigation is conducted if there are signs of suspicious transactions.
Users are responsible for understanding the tax implications of their winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The mr1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. mr1 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, service interruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, system errors, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mr1 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and brand names — is the intellectual property of mr1 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where the mr1 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, such links are provided for informational convenience only. mr1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Termination Policy
Mr1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the user's own request. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team via email to initiate the account closure process.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mr1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Your continued use of the mr1 platform following any published amendments will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the mr1 platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. Should a resolution not be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
